Ordering & Personalization

How does personalization work?
It's easy! Simply find the product you love, fill in the personalization details (such as a name, date, quote, or photo) directly on the product page, and add it to your cart. Every product is then made especially for you based on the details you provide. Please double-check all details before placing your order, as we produce items exactly as submitted.

Can I preview my personalized product before ordering?
Some products include a live preview directly on the product page. For products without a preview, our team carefully reviews every order to ensure your personalization looks great before production begins.

What if I made a typo or mistake in my personalization?
Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@vindosgifts.com. If your order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to make the correction. Once production has started, we are unable to make changes. This is why we always recommend reviewing your details carefully before placing your order.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because every product is made to order, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please contact us immediately at contact@vindosgifts.com and we will do our best to help if production has not yet started.

Photos & Files

Can I upload a photo for my product?
Yes! Many of our products can be personalized with your own photo. Simply upload your image directly on the product page when placing your order.

What are the photo requirements?
For the best print quality, please use photos that meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum resolution: 300 DPI
  • Clear and sharp focus (no blur)
  • Good lighting (no overexposure or heavy shadows)
  • No glare or reflections

We are not responsible for unsatisfactory print results caused by low-quality images, so please use the clearest photo you have!

What file formats do you accept?
We accept JPG, PNG, and HEIC files. For best results, we recommend PNG or high-quality JPG files.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?
All products are made to order, so please allow time for both production and shipping:

  • Production time: 2–7 business days
  • Shipping within the US: 3–5 business days
  • International shipping: 10–30 business days

Total estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days (US) or 2–5 weeks (international). Please note that these are estimates and may vary during busy seasons such as Christmas.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your order every step of the way.

What if my order is delayed?
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or busy seasons. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@vindosgifts.com and we will look into it for you.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my personalized product?
Because all of our products are made to order and personalized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please review our full Refund Policy.

What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
We are so sorry if this happened! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@vindosgifts.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and make it right by offering a replacement or refund.

What if I provided the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at contact@vindosgifts.com. We cannot guarantee a reship if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
